2. USERS

By accessing and/or using ARM's portal, you are considered a USER that accepts, from this access and/or use, the General Usage Conditions included herein. The aforementioned Conditions shall be applicable regardless of any General Contracting Conditions which may have to be complied with, where applicable

3. USE OF THE PORTAL

www.armrobotics.com provides access to a multitude of information, services, programmes or data (hereinafter referred to as "the contents") on the Internet owned by ARM or its licensees to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for using the portal. This responsibility is extensible to the records required for accessing specific services or contents. In this record, the USER shall be responsible for supplying truthful and lawful information. As a consequence of this record, the USER may be provided with a password. The USER shall be responsible for making a diligent and confidential use of this password. The USER agrees to make a proper use of the contents and services (like for example, chat services, discussion forums or news groups) offered by ARM through its portal, included but not limited to not using theses for (i) engage in activities that are illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order; (II) disseminate content or propaganda of a nature that is racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal, supports terrorism or which constitutes an attack on human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems belonging to ARM, the creator of the Website, to its suppliers or to third parties; introduce or disseminate computer viruses on the network or any other physical or logical systems that could provoke the aforementioned damage; (iv) try to access or use email accounts of other users and change or manipulate their messages. ARM reserves the right to remove any remarks and contributions which infringe respect for personal dignity, are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, and pornographic or which constitute a violation of the rights of youths or children, go against public order or public security and which in its opinion are not appropriate for publication. In any case, ARM will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users in forums, chats, and other participatory tools.

4. DATA PROTECTION

ARM complies with the guidelines of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December by which the Financial Regulations of the Organic Act and other legislation in force at all times is approved, and ensures the proper use and secure processing of the personal data of users. To this end, with each form used for collecting personal data as part of the services that the user may request, ARM shall inform the user of the existence and acceptance of the specific conditions for handling their personal information in each case, informing the user of the responsibility for the file created, the address of the person responsible for the file, the possibility of making use of their rights to access, rectify, cancel or oppose, the purpose for handling this information and any communication of data to third parties, where applicable. Furthermore, ARM hereby informs that it complies with Law 34/2002 dated 11 July, on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services and shall ask your permission to send information to your email for marketing purposes at any time.

5. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

ARM per se or as transferee, owns all intellectual and industrial property rights to its webpage, as well as to the items contained therein (trade name for information purposes, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programmes for its operation, access and use, etc.) which are owned by ARM or its lessees. All rights reserved. In pursuance of the provisions of Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Copyright Act, it is expressly forbidden to reproduce, distribute and disseminate publicly, including the making available, of all or part of the contents of the webpage for commercial purposes, in any format and by any technical means, without the authorisation of ARM. The USER agrees to respect the intellectual and industrial copyright owned by ARM. The User may view the elements on the portal and also print them out, copy them and store them on the hard disk of his/her computer or on any other physical medium as long as it is exclusively for his/her personal and private use. The USER must refrain from deleting, altering or manipulating any protective device or security system found on ARM's Website

6. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

ARM shall not be responsible, under any circumstances, for harm or damage of any kind that may be caused by, but not limited to, the following: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or programs that are malicious or harmful in their content, in spite of having adopted all the necessary technological measures to avoid such occurrences.

7. MODIFICATIONS

ARM reserves the right, without prior notice, to make the modifications that it sees fit in its portal, and it may change, remove or add both the content and the services provided through the site and the way in which they are presented or located on its portal.

8. LINKS

If links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites are included in www.armroboitics.com, ARM will not have any control over these sites and their contents. In no case shall ARM assume any responsibility for the contents of any link belonging to an outside website, nor shall it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, scope, veracity, validity and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any of the hyperlinks or other Internet sites. Likewise, the inclusion of these external links shall not imply any kind of association, merger or involvement in related organisations.

9. RIGHT OF EXCLUSION

ARM reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to its portal and/or the services offered with no advance notice, on its own initiative or at its own request or at that of a third party, to users who fail to meet the current General Conditions of Use.

10. OVERVIEW

ARM will pursue non-compliance with the present conditions as well as any other improper use of its portal by exercising their right to pursue all the civil and criminal actions deemed appropriate.

11. MODIFICATION OF THE PRESENT CONDITIONS AND DURATION

ARM may modify the conditions stipulated herein at any time, being duly published as they appear herein. The term of these conditions will depend on their exposure and they will remain in force until they are modified by others when duly published.

12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

The relationship between ARM and the USER will be governed by current Spanish regulations and any controversy will be subjected to the Courts of the city of Bilbao.
